Good quality, I prefer not to use it in phones but in my laptop it works.To be honest, the microphone doesn't need a sound card and it's because some laptops/devices support XTR built Condenser microphones and over all it's 9.5/10 good for gaming/editing even though it's for kareoke and making songs
