Softymo is so unbelievably fab that Kose have made 3 different versions, so depending on your skins wants and needs, you can choose the perfect product for you! The Softymo lineup consists of Softymo Speedy Cleansing Oil, Softymo Deep Cleansing Oil and Softymo White Cleansing Oil. The speedy oil is perfect for those who are go-go-go as it’s formulated to work in double the time.
The Kose website also says it’s good for those who want to take their makeup off in the bath/shower, however I have done that with my deep cleansing oil without any problems.
Next is the deep cleansing oil which boasts to rid your face of blackheads and give you beautifully soft skin, which I can attest to. Lastly is the whitening oil which is a big hit in Japan, but may not have even been heard of in The UK.
Whitening means to brighten the complexion which this product claims to do whilst it cleanses and is also good for those who want to lessen the appearance of dull, tired skin.
How to use:
Dispense 3 pumps of the cleansing oil into dry hands and massage gently onto your face. Be sure to do this step before you wet/wash your face as the water reacts with the product to give you that deep clean. After massaging for a little while, wet your hands with water and continue massaging. This is where the product will turn white slightly to show it’s emulsifying. Rinse everything off with water to reveal your beautifully refreshed and throughly cleansed face.
**Tested on waterproof mascara & eyeliner, foundation, lipstick and eyeshadow. All traces of makeup have washed away effortlessly, leaving my skin soft, clean and bright.
