DESCRIPTION: Clean Pro Converter is a liquid, water-thin metal surface preparation, when applied to rusted metal, changes the rust into amorphous iron phosphate. This produces a hard, grayish surface that serves as a solid base for primers and paints to firmly adhere.
USAGE: Rust converter works best on rust that is HEAVY. This would be scaly rust that has begun pitting the surface and has covered all of the metal.
DIRECTION:
Rusted Surface Application: Remove loose rust and scale by wire brushing or sanding paper. Apply Clean Pro Rust Converter by brush, drip, spray or swab to surface then remove large rust and scale particles with a wire brush or sandpaper. Clean the surface thoroughly to remove dirt, dust and grease with Clean Pro Genuine Microfiber.
Heavy Rust Surface Application: Spray or swab remaining rust and scale particles and let it soak overnight. Clean the surfaces thoroughly to remove dirt, dust and grease with Clean Pro Genuine Microfiber.
