• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available as a payment option given that all items are personalized and made to order.

 

 

1. Checkout all of your desired items to order.

2. Send the names for each item either as a note to your order OR send us a message through chat. Kindly use the following format:

IITEM NAME - COLOR - NAME STAMP/S (separate multiple names with comma)

Example:

3. Make sure names follow our personalization guidelines (swipe through the pictures above to check).

4. If no names are received within 24 hours of order confirmation, items will be delivered blank with no name stamp.

 

 

• Our production time is 3-5 working days before scheduling for courier pick-up. For orders with 10 items and up, our production time is 5-7 working days.

• Sylv Leather is not responsible for courier delivery time to your area. Once the package has been picked up by the courier, any delays with delivery must be coordinated directly with TikTok Shop.

• Bulk rates are available for orders that reach a minimum quantity. Send us a message to arrange for this
