- Contains Thiamine, Pantothenic acid, Biotin, Vitamin B6 and B12 to help your nerves function normally.
- With Lutein and Beta-Carotene(Vitamin A) for healthy eyes.
- With Vitamin B6 and D, Calcium, Copper, Manganese, Magnesium, Zinc to support strong bones and muscles
- Contains B vitamins fto help turn your food into energy for the day

How do I use this product?
Take 1 tablet once daily.
Do not exceed recommended daily dose/amount. If taking other supplements; which may also contain Vitamin A; read the label to ensure that you do not exceed the upper tolerable intake levels of 3000 mcg RE (retinol equivalent)/day.
