I don’t usually give bad reviews, unless it’s really that bad. This was probably one of the worst packaging I’ve ever received from an online order. It’s not bubble wrap, box has been damaged, and since it’s not secure, the lamp stand was bent, I need to carefully pull it to make it straight!

Trim the remaining candlewick once the wax has cooled and solidified. • If the candle is not melting make sure that the light is on and that the candle jar lid has been removed. • If candle wax spills on candle warmer use a plastic spatula or credit card to scrape the wax off. Use a paper towel to rub off any remaining wax. Do not use metal or any other sharp objects to scrape off melted wax. • Make sure that your candles, wax chips, tarts, potpourri, etc. are in a jar or dish.
