Large just fit properly on my waistline around 33-34. It's a bit tight but that's okay rather than lose and baggy padding. I guess i just need to lose a weight a bit. Packaging was okay. Material is great. Padding is just normal and not that over bulge to think it's not real butt. Recommended item.
