This brow serum duo is perfect for me. You get the pencil and the gel in one. Pigmented I may say so for beginners like me, I just slowly build the color when I apply it on my brows plus the gel holds my brows all day, although it tends to look oily at the end of the day since I have combi-oily skin

is a double-ended brow pencil and clear brow gel designed to create any brow look. Fill in with the retractable, creamy brow pencil and set with the clear brow gel- all infused with Vitamin E, Vitamin C and Keratin.
HOW TO USE:
Twist Pencil and apply on brows with light strokes. Use clear brow gel to set
brow hairs.
