1. All batteries are tested before shipping it. In case the item has factory defect, You have 7 days warranty. Warranty starts after receiving the item and only applied for factory defect item. Please feel free to contact us within 7 days. Beyond 7 days warranty, Item is no longer accepted

2. STICKER WARRANTY - If warranty sticker is removed, item can no longer be return and accepted. Please do not remove any sticker and check it on your own before returning the item.

3. PACKAGING - Please make sure that packaging is in the same condition as the one we sent to you. A replacement or refund will not be provided once packaging is incomplete or not in good condition.

4. NO VALID PROOF OF EVIDENCE - A video should be send by buyer as proof of evidence. The video must shows that the item isn't working. We advice to take a video while opening the item.

5. WRONG USAGE - We advice to look for a technician if you are not sure on how to properly install the item. Any damage or defect caused by wrong operation such us broken flex, bloated and deform/misshape are not in the scope of warranty.

6. PHYSICALLY DAMAGED - Do not attach the adhesive tape or any thing that can cause physical damage of the item. Please observe it first within 3 days before permanently attaching any adhesive tape.
