Special bagoong Isda and Patis Mindoro made in Mindoro's fish sauce is one of the Philippines anchovy sauce. This paste is specially known as a Filipino condiment that can be eaten raw or cooked in many Filipino traditional recipes. Paste or sauce of small fish and prawns which have been salted and fermented that is much used as seasoning.
Some examples are served as a dip for green mangoes or to mix with salad. Patis and bagoong can be interchanged in recipes, depending on personal taste and preference.
