This is clearly not 16CM. Hindi siya masuot ng anak ko sa sobrang laki. I thought sakto ang dadating kasi by CM ang reference sa pag order, but they sent me size 27 instead of 26. I can't request for refund and return kasi self-arrange pa. Super hassle.
