**********The shelf life of flour actually depends on how you store it. The expiry date we put on our labels are very conservative (only 2-3 months from repacking date) as our main consideration is the hot weather in our country.
Rest assured all our flour may last even up to a year as long as kept in a cool place such as the refrigerator, which will also ward off weevils.
