Mas malamig ng kaunti yung hangin kesa electric fan kahit walang tubig. Pag nilgayan ng tubig ang yelo parang aircon ang lamig. Mas malamig lalo pag malamig na tubig plus yelo nilagay sabay. Satisfied buyer here.
