Packed safely. Napansin ko lang, mejj di ko feel yung pag supress ng appetite ko lol ginoogle ko pa. Di talaga pala. Tinry ko siya before lunch around 10am, no significant effects since gutom pa din ako. As to other physical benefits, google na lang po natin hehe
