- For customized orders, finalize and complete your order requirements before or within 48hrs after placing the order, especially the editing fee payment and customized scents names or lists. We will send the default layout for failure of communicating within 48hrs.

- Our store is located in Iloilo, expect that the shipping fee is higher on outside regions. 109 pesos to metro manila.

- We ship out orders for 1-2 days only after we confirm your orders. (No ship out during day off, Saturday)

- Estimated delivery days within region IV takes 1-2days only. Outside region IV, is 3-4days (Manila Area), and 5-7 days (Mindanao and Luzon Area) . Plan your orders ahead of time.

How to Customized:

1. Pay 80 pesos for editing fee.

(80 pesos customized fee is 1 time only. You don't need to pay for your next succeeding orders. But it's limited only for 1 brand name. Change in brand name has additional 80 pesos. Our customized scope is only to change the name with our preset font we DON'T change the layout.)
