HARDEX Beta Grey RTV Silicone Gasket Maker is one part component specially designed to withstand temperature range from -80°F to 625°F intetmittent.

It forms any size of shape gasket xhichis resistant to both high temperature and high pressure.Replace most cut gasket and make reliable "formed-in-place gasket".

Resists cracking,shrinking and migrating caused by thermal cycling.

ldeal for timing covers,valve covers,oil pans,intake manifolds end seal,exhaust manifolds and water pumps.

Directions:

1.Surfaces must be clean,dry and oil free.

2.Pierce seal at the end of the metal tube with reverse end of cap.

3.Screw on nozzle and cut to desired bead size.

4.Appiy eve bead(1/16"~1/8")around perimeter of surface.

5.Assemdle parts once silicone skinned(~15 minutes).

6.Remove excess silicone.Do not squeeze silicone by overtighen bolt.

7.Clean nozzle,replace cap after use.

8.Silicone fhlly cured in 24 hours.

CAUTION!AVOID BERATHING IN VAPOR.

UNCURED SILICONE CAUSE IRRITATION.IN CASE OF EYE CONTACT,FLUSH EYES WITH WATER AND CALL PHYSICIAN.

IN CASE OF SKIN CONTACT,WIPE OFF WITH CLOTH AND FLUSHWITH WATER. USE WITH ADEQUATE VENTILATION.
