- We are not liable for any missing inclusion inside the sealed albums. The outer case is made to protect the goods inside. No exchanges or refunds will be issued for any incomplete inclusion inside the sealed album, scratches, dents, discolorations, or damages that may occur during the delivery. 

- No returns or refund will be issued for minor scratches, imprints, any manufacturing defects and/or missing inclusions in sealed albums.

-The outbox is for protection only; no exchanges or refunds for damage to the outbox.

- To request a refund or replacement,you must provide an unboxing video of the sealed package, including the clear shipping label. Edited or incomplete videos may be rejected.

- Once handed to the courier, delivery is beyond our control, and no changes can be made to orders or shipping details.

- We are not liable for damages caused by courier mishandling during shipment.
