Q1: How is the page-turning pen connected to the computer?
A1: The USB is at the end of the page-turning pen. Pull out the USB from the end and insert it into the computer.
Q2: When the USB is inserted into the computer, the buttons don't respond except for the laser pointer button.
A2:
1.1 First, check whether the USB is successfully connected to the computer. When the USB is inserted into the computer, the computer will make a "ding" sound, indicating a successful connection.
1.2 If the connection is successful but the buttons still don't respond, turn off the page-turning pen, then insert the USB again and turn it on.
