How to use

Step 1: Wash your hands before starting. Fill the nasal rinse to the filling line with lukewarm distilled water or previously boiled water.

Step 2: Add a pack of nose wash salt (2.7 g) into the water. Tighten the cap of the mesh pot. Gently shake the nose cleaner to dissolve the mixture.

Step 3: Stand in front of a sink, bend forward to your comfort level, and tilt your head down. Keep your mouth open and do not stop your breath. Place the cap firmly on your right nostril and press the button at the bottom until the solution drains out of the other nostril or mouth.
