Returns & Exchange

•Items must be in their original condition, complete packaging, and with their original tags attached upon return.

•Some products such as blind bags, including clearance items, are excluded from return or exchange.

•Returns must be initiated within 7 working days upon receipt of item. All clearance items purchased are final sale and cannot be returned.

•Returns and refunds will only be accepted if the item is broken or physically damaged with a video as proof of opened item with issue.
