- Saturday orders received after 4 p.m. will be handled the following business day (Monday).

- Rush orders won't be accepted. All orders are fulfilled via FIRST IN, FIRST OUT principle.

- Only defective and incorrect items are acceptable for return and refund for 7 days provided the buyer can provide proof of claim.
