Put the smoothie cup into the freezer layer of the refrigerator for about 3 hours.

The freezing time varies with different refrigerator freezer temperature settings.

Pour in your favorite drink.

Please stir gently from time to time.

It is recommended to stir along the wall of the cup for 1 to 2 minutes before the smoothie appears.

Precautions for use

1️⃣Do not use sharp objects to stir in the cup to prevent damage to the cup wall

2️⃣Put the cup body in the freezer 4-6 hours before use.

Do not fill the ingredients too much, the ingredients should not exceed 2/3 of the cup body

3️⃣The applicable temperature of the cup is -25° to 60°, and hot water is not allowed.
