*** Order guidelines **

1. shipped in order. orders received daily Monday-Sunday (cut off round 15.00 hrs.)

2. customers should clearly specify the shipping address so that they can deliver quickly and accurately.

3. if the address or phone number is entered incorrectly, the store cannot edit customer information. customers must press Cancel and place a new order.

4. for the benefit of customers, please take a video when unpacking the package and count whether the product is complete or not. if there is an error from the shop, use this video to claim without any video.

*** Exchange case ***

1. if caused by the store's fault such as sending the wrong model/wrong color/wrong size, the shop is happy to change the product. the shop will be responsible for the cost itself.

2. if caused by the customer's fault, such as ordering the wrong size/wrong color/wrong model, the customer must be responsible for all expenses.

*** Tax invoice request conditions ***

-Notify in the chat box as soon as there is an order (no need to wait for the item to be received or click to accept the product), the document will be delivered with a minimum amount of 200 baht.

-Requesting a previous tax invoice (after the item has been shipped) can be done within 5 working days, and must not exceed the end of the month.
