* All products will be tested before shipping.
* After receiving the goods, the screen can be installed after passing the test. If the screen detects a problem during testing, do not install it on your phone /Pad! Please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
* The screen is very fragile, incorrect installation method will cause the screen to crack, please be sure to test before using glue or screw installation.
About the order:
- Once your order has been picked up, you will not be able to change your address and contact number, please make sure that the address is correct and whether you really need this product to order again.
About receiving goods:
- Please check the packaging and screen appearance as soon as possible after receiving the goods. If the goods are damaged or broken, please do not use glue/screws to install, and take photos and contact us.
How to test the screen:
1. Shut down the device, remove the battery or battery cable, and ensure that the device is powered off.
2. Disconnect the original screen cable from the mainboard.
3. Connect the cable of the new screen to the mainboard.
4. Power on and test display and touch functions.
About Warranty:
- Please test the screen first when receiving the package, if the screen is damaged, please do not install it on the phone!
- If the screen test is not perfect, we can offer a refund or replacement, but only if the screen is not installed.
- If you are not a technician, please do not install the LCD without permission.
- If the screen is damaged or unusable, please provide proof of screen packaging, test pictures and front and back pictures of the screen.
- Please confirm your LCD model before purchase.
