The sealing machine is a lightweight heat sealing machine with a sealing length of 200 mm. It is compact and portable and is perfect for household, family crafts, warehouses, supermarket, packaging sweets, pharmacy, etc.

You don't have to count how long heat should be applied. The LED indicator light lights up when the heating elements are in operation. Set the heating mode and press on your material until the LED goes out every time for better seal.

According to the thickness of bags, adjust the sealing timer to 1-8; and level 3 or 4 is enough for most bags; Thicker the bag, higher the level required.

Step 3

No warm-up time needed, Just put the bag on the machine flat.

Step 4

Press dawn the sealing machine's arm.

When the signal light is off automatically, keeping the handle pressed down for a few seconds would get optimal results.

Guide for Replace the Sealing Machine

1.Using the tools to loosen the screws on the sealing machine.

2.Remove the old heat sealing strip and heating element.

3.Install a new heat sealing element.

4.Then tighten the screws.

Note:

1. After the LED indicator is turned off, press and hold the handle for a few seconds to maintain the cooling time and prevent deformation.

2. To make the sealing item look more beautiful, please pull it out while holding down the handle and as the LED indicator turns off (May not have intended strength with some materials).
