1. Returns and exchanges are possible under the following circumstances

When applying for a return or exchange, please make sure to take photos first and then contact our customer service staff for negotiation. 2. Returns and exchanges are not allowed under the following circumstances

2. Human-caused defects, product color difference, slow logistics, poor service attitude from the logistics company

4. There Are Differences in Color before and after Delivery. Due to Different Batches Each Time, It Is Difficult to Ensure That the Color of the Product Is Exactly the Same as That of the Previous Batch.
