I receive the package with leak, they took action asap, contacted me and offered a refund & replacement which i truly appreciate; kudos to their service for providing options and i hope they will take a long term solution which is to look for a more safe and tight packaging for their product.

I've been wanting to buy sea moss because of its benefits and because of the texture I am hesitating on how will it taste. And I saw this on IG & decided to try it. Okay siya masarap, kalasa ng ginger shots. Though there is an issue the seller is very responsive regarding the issue of the product.

Saw past reviews that the product was defected through shipping but hoped seller listened and fixed the issue. Mine came like this and smelled so so bad :( even the delivery driver said to be careful since it smelled like rotting trash huhu

Received, naka styrofoam na sya and sobrang daming bubble wrap pero nag leak parin sya. I don’t know how else the seller will improve the packaging para di mag leak eh maayos naman pag pack Nila. Not sure lang if dapat medyo buo buo sya like sa image sa page kasi yong dumating liquid sya.

Pangalawang order ko na to pero dismayado ako ngayon sa order ko. Sino ba dapat sisihin dito. Kita nyo naman nanglahati na ang laman. Gusto ko sana ng refund kasi lugi ako sa nakuha kong laman. Pero hayaan ko na. Merry Christmas nalang sa inyo seller at j&t

The product was tightly sealed in an ice chest but sadly it spilled inside the ice chest ☹️

Was good actually ikalawang order konato pero nag try ako ng ibang flavor ganun ba talaga parang liquid? Kasi yung plain parang paste naman natapon kasi yung iba ang ginger flavor
