Product description
Q.What devices does it support?
A.It works with iOS, Android, and Windows devices through Bluetooth. Remember not to pair iPhone and Pad with JFIND JF327 through Bluetooth settings.
Q.Unable to connect to the vehicle (or ECU)
A.Check the compatibility between the vehicle and the app, verify if your vehicle is OBD2 compatible, if the ignition switch is turned on, then try starting the vehicle, and if possible, try another vehicle.
Q.When I tried to connect JFINDJF327 to my iPhone, it told me it doesn't support it.
A.On the I0S device, when you try to connect to the JFIND JF327 device from the iPhone Bluetooth menu, you will see this error. You don't need to connect here. Please restart your iPhone device so that JFIND JF327 appears on Bluetooth again, and then launch the app to connect.
A.The adapter is not installed properly. Please remove it from the OBD2 port and plug it back in.
Q.Unable to pair with Android
A1: Turn off Bluetooth and restart it.
A2:(Sometimes several times); Restart the phone and disconnect any other Bluetooth devices on the phone; Clear Bluetooth cache storage: Settings - Applications (Display System) - Bluetooth storage and cache, clear and restart the phone.
Q.Paired with an Android phone, but quickly disconnected.
A.If it only connects for a few seconds and becomes the same device as before, don't worry, usually it is still connected. You just need to launch the application and see if you choose JFIND JF327 as the Bluetooth device to connect.
Q.JFIND JF327 doesn't appear in my phone's Bluetooth device list.
A: If there is no red LED light when inserting, please check the cigar fuse of your vehicle (fuse breakage is usually a problem with the OBD2 connector not having power). You can try to verify on other vehicles.
Q.The app can't connect to the JFIND JF327 device.
A: Please ensure that the application is compatible and the correct connection is set up. Remove and reinstall the application, then try other applications again.
Q.Can I keep the device plugged in?
A.For most vehicles, the 0BD2 connector is always powered on because it uses low-power Bluetooth. You can plug the device in for several days to 3 weeks depending on the battery condition, but it is recommended to unplug it when not in use.
