   * We will send picture of the actual item and expiry with buyers' name on it before packing. 

For near expiry/damaged/on sale milk

   * Box/es may have some wrinkles, dents, scratches and discoloration as this is a market return product

   * Please manage your expectations regarding box's appearance we are focused on providing affordable, quality and authentic milk not shiny boxes.

On delivery

    * Parcel will be delivered to your address in 1-2 days Metro Manila; 3-5 days Luzon-Visayas; 5-7 days Mindanao. 

    * Any damage on the item or delay in the delivery is beyond sellers control
