How to Use

Vitalfeet Herbal Patch:

1. Clean your child’s feet thoroughly.

2. Fix the patch to the sole using medical tape, ensuring a comfortable fit.

3. Best used before bedtime, remove in the morning and wash the feet.

Sleep Bath Soak:

Method 1: Boiling (for infants aged 0-3 years)

1. Place the bath bag in a pot and boil it for 10-15 minutes.

2. Soak a clean, soft towel in the herbal bath water to fully absorb the solution. Gently wring out the towel, making sure it is moist but not dripping.

3. Gently wipe the baby's body with a wet towel, focusing on the neck, underarms and groin area. Repeat the above steps until the baby's entire body is covered with herbal bath water.

4. Rinse the baby with clean, warm water to remove any residual herbal solution. Gently pat the baby's body dry with a clean towel

Method 2: Soaking (for children aged 3 years and above)

1. Soak the bath bag in boiling water for 10-15 minutes.

2. Pour the boiled water into the bathtub, add water as needed to adjust to the appropriate temperature, and then start soaking.

3. Soak for 10-15 minutes.

4. After soaking, pat the body dry with a towel, no need to rinse with clean water
