• Pre-glued PVC edge band

• With Texture lines

• Application: Used to cover the exposed edge of laminated plywood, MDF or melamine.

• No need to use adhesive.

• Use non-stick flat iron to melt and bond the glue.

Direction for use:

1. Align the glued side of the edge band directly on the exposed edge of the wood. Make sure the surface is free from dust and debris.

2. Use a non-stick flat iron to melt the glue by pressing it on the vencer side of the edge band to bond it onto the work piece.

3. Make sure to set your flat iron to the lowest temperature first and adjust the heat just enough to heat theglue to avoid melting the veneer.

4. Always start on one end working your way to the other end by pressing and lifting your flat iron. Make sure that the adhesive is full melted.

5. Trim excess with flushed trim bit router or any edge band trimmer tool.
