One, stopwatch timing

Press the MODE button until the stopwatch displays; if the stopwatch does not show zero, press STOP to stop timing and REST to reset to zero

Press the STOP button to start timing, then press the STOP button again to stop timing (repeat pressing the STOP button to start/stop repeatedly), press the REST button to reset to zero

2. Segmented Timing

Press the STOP button to start timing, press the REST button to display the first time; press the STOR button to stop timing, press the REST button to display the second time, then press REST again to reset to zero

2. Time, Calendar, Alarm Display

Press the MODE button until normal time display, press the STOP button to display month, day, and week; press the REST button to display alarm time; press and hold both the REST and STOP buttons to cancel/keep the alarm

Three, set the time and calendar

In normal running time mode, press the MODE button three times. The seconds will flash normally, entering the time setting mode. Press the STOP button to set the number (hold steady for quick setting), press the REST button to select seconds, minutes, hours, day, month, week, A/P (for 12-hour format, A for morning, P for afternoon, H for 24-hour format) as adjustment objects. After adjustment, press the MODE button to return to time display mode

Four, set an alarm

In normal running time mode, press the MODE button twice, the hour and day will flash simultaneously, entering the alarm setting mode; press the REST button to select minutes and hours, press the STOP button to change minute and hour values, press the MODE button to return to time display; in normal running time mode, press and hold the REST button while pressing the STOP button to set/alarm on/off; press MODE button to set hourly signal (seven characters from Sunday to Saturday) on/off, hourly signal keeps/cancels
