Warm Reminder: As plastic products are fragile items, general damage during transportation is inevitable. Therefore, our company's policy is that if there is any damage upon receiving the goods, please provide photos first. We offer free replacement or return, but the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee. Thank you for your cooperation
1. If any product quality issues are found within three days of receiving the goods (based on the date of receipt on the waybill), please contact customer service promptly. Overdue returns will not be accepted. The product must be in intact packaging (please bring your own packaging, do not directly stick or write on the original product box). Please use regular mail or choose your own method for return shipping; shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. Express delivery with cash on delivery is not accepted for returns
2. Please communicate with customer service before returning the item, and include in the packing list: customer name, product name, quantity, total amount of goods, specific reason for product quality issues, refund or exchange request. We need these details for processing
Note: Minor flaws, burrs, and uneven edges are normal phenomena and do not constitute quality issues (factory mass production with multiple processes inevitably leads to slight bumps). We can only strive to improve burrs and edges but cannot achieve 100% perfection
3. We will try our best to meet the customer's specifications for product color or style, but we cannot guarantee 100%. If there is a mismatch in color or style, we will not accept returns or exchanges. The return rates for different products vary based on their actual conditions!
4. Please contact customer service promptly after returning the item. Once we receive it, we will either exchange or refund depending on the situation. If there are no quality issues upon inspection, we will return the original product. For cases where non-company products are sent to our company, we reserve the right to not process all returns and exchanges and directly refund the customer
5. The following conditions do not qualify for returns or exchanges: returned products with damaged or incomplete packaging, missing product accessories or related materials, unauthorized modifications or alterations, not used or stored properly, or products beyond the warranty period
