Suman Morón or Bakintol is an Eastern Visayan staple delicacy originated in Samar and Leyte. A sticky rice cake made with rice flour and glutinous rice flour in coconut milk and chocolate. On early days, It is a prized dessert served on fiestas and shared with families and guests on special occasions.
