🌹How to use:

1. Dissolve the package extender in 1000mL preheated double steam water or deionized water, and stir for about 30 minutes until dissolved.

2. Put the diluent in a 37℃ water bath for one hour until the pH value of the diluent reaches a relatively stable state.

3. The collected pig semen should be diluted within 20 minutes, and the temperature difference between the semen and the diluent should not exceed 1 degree.

4. According to the volume and density of the semen, add the diluent in a ratio of 1 to 1, let it stand for 10 minutes to balance, and then dilute it 1 to 8 times according to the ratio of the diluent.

5. Observe the survival rate of semen. If there is no obvious decrease, dilute it according to the ratio of 1:2-1:10 of diluent

Preservation method of concentrated semen

1. After the semen is diluted, the survival rate of semen should be checked. If there is no decrease, each semen should be filled in 80-100ml.

2. The bottle mouth should be sealed, and the type of pig ear number and the collection date should be clearly written on the bottle mouth.

3. Semen should be stored in a dry and cool storage box at 17 degrees to minimize temperature changes.

4. Put the separated semen into a towel, put it in an air-conditioned constant temperature box for 30 minutes to 1 hour, cool it naturally to 17 degrees, and then put it in a constant temperature box for storage.

5. Semen should be mixed every 12 hours during storage to avoid precipitation.

6. Long-acting diluent is dormant in a 17-degree constant temperature box. The slide should be preheated to 37 degrees to observe vitality.

⚠️Precautions for semen processing

1. Use deionized water or distilled water to prepare the diluent. Tap water or mineral water may contain chemicals that affect preservation.

2. Use up the diluent prepared last time, and diluents of different sizes should not be mixed.

3. The diluent should be mixed and preheated before collecting semen.

4. If the diluent is not used up on the same day, it should be sealed and stored at 5-8 degrees Celsius for use the next day.
