Usage method:

1. Pouring glue and brushing glue:

Drop the adhesive evenly onto all corners of the sponge, and brush horizontally or vertically in one direction to evenly coat the surface.

2. Pour glue and brush the bottom plate:

The glue should be poured evenly on the bottom plate as much as possible. Brush evenly horizontally and vertically in the same direction

3. Blow the inorganic adhesive with low wind speed until it is completely transparent:

When blowing, be careful not to blow too much air to prevent the inorganic glue from dispersing. If the air volume is too high, the hair dryer can be kept away. Be sure to blow the inorganic adhesive until it is completely transparent and let it sit for about a minute. Wait for the temperature to drop by 5 degrees. Just after blowing the hot air, if the temperature is too high, it will affect the adhesive strength.

 

Precautions for the use and storage of inorganic adhesives

Inorganic adhesives have the characteristic of solidifying when exposed to air and water. When the temperature is below 0 C or above 38 C, it is easy to cause the adhesive to deteriorate. Therefore, after each use, be sure to tighten and seal the bottle cap. Place the inorganic adhesive in a cool place, avoiding high temperatures and direct sunlight. In addition, there is an ammonia odor in the adhesive formula, so pay attention to ventilation when using it.
