1) Delivery date/time

Please note that we have no way of knowing when it will be delivered to you (depending on the region and rider that allocates your package, it can last up to 1-4 days, or up to 2-3 weeks). For updates, you can check the application where the package resides. No need to ask us, because we're seeing the exact same update as you. For follow-up actions, we will only make follow-up requests for packages that were not delivered 1 week after the last update of the system.

2) Unboxing video

After receiving, in case of an unfortunate accident (such as a mistake or an incomplete item), we ask you to make a disassembled video for our reference. We strictly prohibit unblocking videos and prohibit income/refund/product policy changes.

3) Transportation risk

As our extensive shop feedback proves, extra caution must be taken when packaging books. However, dents, scratches and damaged boxes/books can be caused by shipping regardless of packaging quality.

This is a problem with the express company. Please dont lose your temper with us, we really cannot avoid it.
