4.If the map does not display the location?

First, please confirm if the APP is in a login status

Then proceed as follows:

1. Is the SIM card inserted and used correctly? It is strongly recommended to use a mobile SIM card.

2. The chip of the card is facing downwards and the gap is facing inward. Check if the direction of the card is correct.

3. This device does not support telecom cards and it is not recommended to use 2G networks in certain regions.

4. Check if the card has expired and try replacing it. The indoor signal may not be good.
