This winch hook shackle bracket replaces the traditional winch hook in a stronger and safer way.
High load capacity, with a maximum load rating of 22,000 pounds, provides strong strength to handle any towing or return work.
The winch hook shackle is made of lightweight aluminum, sandblasted, with iron needles and rubber guard, which is strong and durable.
With pin and rubber protective cover base to protect cable guide and mat wire storage.
Installation Instructions:
1. Prepare a small inner circlip pliers.
2. Remove the circlip with small internal circlip pliers.
3. Take out the pin, place the rope loop on the shackle mounting bolt, align the rope loop, sling eyelet and scaffolding mounting hole.
4. threaded shackle pins pass through the rope loop, shackle holes, and shackle mounting holes.
5. Fix the shackle according to normal operation.
