Geliga Muscle Balm is specially formulated as a liniment to help relieve muscle and joint pain such as: pain from blows/bruises, sprains, and muscle pain in the back. Used as a warming up balm for athletes.

How to use: Apply an adequate amount of Geliga Muscle Balm on the affected area, then rub it evenly and slowly. If necessary can be repeated 3-4 times a day. For maximum results, after 2-3 hours, periodically place a hot towel on the area that has been applied.
