【Instructions:】

1. Cold therapy: Put it in a freezer bag and put it in the refrigerator for at least two hours.

2. Hot therapy: Take it out of any plastic bag and make sure it is at room temperature. Microwave for 10 seconds; If more heat is needed, add  in 5-second increments. 

3. Usage: Gently pull to the head and hold for about 15 minutes.
