The self-sealing fuel transfer has the function of automatically closing the fuel transfer after the oil fills the container, which is an upgrade support for the metering tanker. 1, Features:

2. Install the connector:

(1) If the fuel transfer inlet is an NPT (American Standard) tapered thread, seal it with a suitable sealant.

(2) If the fuel transfer inlet is BSPT (British Standard) straight thread, it must be sealed with a rubber O-ring.

(3) Connect connector to fuel transfer inlet carefully. Do not over-tighten the threads to prevent fuel transfer body from cracking.

3, working principle:The mouthpiece is equipped with a thin vacuum tube. When the pressure lever is in the "on" position, air is sucked in by flowing fuel transfer fluid through the small nozzle hole in the vacuum tube. As long as the air passes through the vacuum tube, the liquid will continue to flow, when the fuel tank when the liquid level rises to cover the height of the hole in the nozzle, the air stops flowing and the shut-off device fuel transfer starts automatically.

4, performance:

(1) The fuel transfer switch must be set to 3 fixed gears, which can be refueled according to the size of the flow.

(2) During the refueling process, when the oil or foam submerges the air hole at the lower end of the barrel, the fuel transfer will automatically close. If the spray or foam causes the fuel transfer to shut off, the foam may disappear and fire again.

(3) When using the gear to control refueling, the non-slip spring on the barrel can be used to automatically refuel into the tank, no need to hold by hand, the oil is self-closing.

5, maintenance:

(1) The vent hole at the bottom end of the barrel should be kept clean and blocked by foreign matter.
