Oxalic Acid may be used to remove rust and other dificul stains from areas such as aundry, buildinas, boats, swimming pools, concrete,tileand grout, sidewalks, iron machinery, wood decks, stairs or trim.
How do you use oxalic acid in laundry?
For more stubborn stains, make a paste of 0XALiC AClD and water, apply to the stain and allow to stand a minute or two before rubbing.
Rinse and wipe dry. To whiten iron stained clothes, presoak using 4 tablespoon of 0XALIC AClD in 2 gallons of water.
How do you remove rust with oxalic acid?
Mix Oxalic Acid with water in a ratio of 1:10, and then immerse the coroded element in the resuling soluion for about20 minutes, After thistime, remove the rust with a cloth or brush. lf necessary, the treatment can be repeated in the same way.
