Hi po Asterism, birthday gift ko po sana itong necklace kaso po may problem. I saw the sign kasi na provide a video raw so sinunod ko, I'm not shocked naman kasi may ganito talagang mae-encounter but I'm thankful nag video ako kasi may buhol 'yung necklace. Idk paano mag refund kaya here na lang.
