It's good, but the top has a bra-like design, so don't expect it to be very supportive during workouts. Honestly, I find it difficult to exercise my upper body in this set because it may expose your chest if you raise your arms up.

Like the piece as a top and as a bottom but not really together. I'm a 5'0 xsβlong torso girlie and it cuts my proportions sa awkward length. I suggest pairing the top with shorts and the pants with some shirt instead!
The pants are kinda long din but okay naman for me when worn with shoes.

top isnt as supportive as it seems. The bra line fabric is very thick making it more bulky instead of body hugging.

The nice is fabric but the top is not stretched friendly it goes up and it can expose your breast I wont recommend it for does who do pelates or yoga.
