1. 2.4G receiver is mainly for the types of MOFII wireless keyboard and mouse products, it is not a Bluetooth receiver, please take note of this.

2. Different models of products correspond to different USB receivers, please be sure that consult our customer service before placing an order, Meanwhile THE PHOTO OF YOUR ITEM is also requested so that we can advise it correctly.

3. There are 2 colors which are black and white, but they will be shipped randomly.

How to use the receiver for wireless keyboard and mouse products:

Step 1: Take out the battery of keyboard and mouse

Step 2: Plug the USB receiver into the computer

Step 3: Close to the USB receiver to install the battery of keyboard and mouse (within 10cm). Please note to wait for the indicator light in the upper right corner of the keyboard to flash quickly before moving away, and then mouse shall be waiting for 20 seconds

(A Reminder: If you move it away too early, the keyboard and mouse will not be paired with the receiver properly, and there will be a slow response during use, Therefore, make sure that they are paired before moving it away)

If one of the keyboard or mouse does not respond, the processing method is as follows:

Step 1: Remove the receiver and the battery of keyboard/mouse

Step 2: Plug the receiver back in again (Try to change another USB port, and if you change the jack, you will need to remove the battery of keyboard and mouse, and then after that following the pairing method of keyboard and mouse to perform the operation again)

Step 3: Near the receiver when you install the battery of keyboard/mouse (within 10cm), wait for 20 seconds to complete the pairing and then move it away

How to use the receiver for Mofii mouse products:

Step 1: First take out the battery of mouse

Step 2: Plug the USB receiver into the computer

Step 3: Near the receiver when you install the battery of mouse (within 10cm), and then wait for 20 seconds before moving it away
