How to maintain it after receiving it?

1.1 First use, rinse with clean water

The ebony cutting board has undergone an oil sealing process before leaving the factory, and can be cleaned with warm water.

1.2 Regular oiling and maintenance

Apply a layer of cooking oil to the ebony cutting board, allowing the ebony to come into full contact with the oil. Then, let it air dry naturally in a cool place, allowing the oil to be absorbed by the ebony. Finally, rinse with clean water.
