•1-2 Palanyag Tableya de Davao discs (each disc is approx. 10g )
•150ml hot water or milk
•Sweetener of choice (optional: muscovado sugar, coconut sugar, or condensed milk)
Instructions: 1⃣ Boil 150ml of water or milk in a pot. 2⃣ Add 1-2 tablea discs (adjust based on your desired richness). 3⃣ Stir continuously until fully dissolved. 4⃣ Add sweetener if preferred. 5⃣ Whisk or use a batirol for a frothy, velvety texture. 6⃣ Serve hot and enjoy the deep, chocolatey goodness!
EASY CHAMPORADO RECIPE (Chocolate Rice Porridge)
•½ cup glutinous rice (malagkit)
•3 cups water
•3-4 Palanyag Tableya de Davao discs
•2 tbsp muscovado sugar (adjust to taste)
•½ cup evaporated milk or coconut milk
Instructions: 1⃣ In a pot, bring 3 cups of water to a boil. 2⃣ Add glutinous rice and stir occasionally to prevent sticking. 3⃣ Once rice is tender, add tablea discs and stir until melted. 4⃣ Add muscovado sugar and mix well. 5⃣ Pour in evaporated or coconut milk for extra creaminess. 6⃣ Serve warm with more milk drizzled on top. Enjoy!
