100x10x5mm rare earth white magnets are produced using powder metallurgy and pyrolysis methods.Initially, NdFeB alloy is created by melting the constituent elements in a blast furnace.During the melting process, the alloy is cooked in a protective environment to avoid oxidation.Then, the alloy is crushed into fine powder, then mixed with epoxy resin, pressed into product shape, then fired at high temperature in a protective environment.The pyrolysis process is carried out at high temperature in a protective environment to create a compound phase, then lowered to a low temperature (a few hundred degrees) to stabilize the phase.Then, the magnet is charged from within a high magnetic field and coated with protective glue.

Recently, people have also created cheap rare earth magnets with adhesive magnets.Fine alloy powders are created after grinding alloy scraps manufactured using rapid cooling technology, then mixing epoxy resin and pressing in a magnetic field.This technique has the advantage of being simpler and more economical, but the product quality is much lower than pyrolytic magnets.
