S/M 25 to 38 inches
L/XL 39 to 52 inches
IF PREGNANT, make an estimate based on your pre-pregnancy size. As a general recommendation, if waistline pre-pregnancy was 32inches and below, get the S/M size.

How to wear:
1. Fasten the main band starting from the hips, covering the lower abdomen.
2. Go upwards and adjust the compression until you feel comfortable and well-supported.
3. Secure the main band by overlapping the two flaps in front. Adjust as needed.
Washing instructions:
Hand wash in cold water. DO NOT: bleach, tumble dry, iron or dry clean. Dry in shade.
BLACK: width is 23cm
DARK GRAY: width is 26cm
